To register a sawer4 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.
Upon registration, you will be required to create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sawer4 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
sawer4 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted KYC documents include:
sawer4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where KYC documents cannot be verified satisfactorily, where fraudulent documents are submitted, or where the member refuses to comply with KYC requests within a reasonable time.
4.1 Deposits. sawer4 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment channel and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
Deposits are credited to your sawer4 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. In the event that a deposit is not credited within the stated processing window, Members should contact support at [email protected] with proof of transfer.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallet accounts registered in the Member's own name and matching the identity documents submitted during KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Verified sawer4 Members typically receive withdrawal funds within five (5) minutes on average during standard Indonesian banking hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within your account dashboard and may vary by payment channel. sawer4 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice published on the platform.
4.4 Transaction Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal fraud and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening. sawer4 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional identity verification if unusual transaction patterns are detected.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on sawer4 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sawer4 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

All bets placed on sawer4 — whether on the sportsbook, live casino, togel draws, slot games, or virtual sports — are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to the product-specific rules available within each game or market interface.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the sawer4 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. A displayed odds figure does not constitute acceptance; acceptance is confirmed only upon receipt of a bet reference number.
6.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. In live (in-play) markets, odds may fluctuate rapidly. sawer4 accepts no liability for any delay between an odds display and the final accepted odds at the time of bet confirmation.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by sawer4 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not commence within 24 hours of its scheduled start time; a palpable error in odds is identified; or the market is suspended due to irregular activity. Void bets are refunded at stake value to the Member's wallet.
6.4 Maximum Payouts. sawer4 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day across all product categories. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within each sportsbook market and game interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be paid at the maximum limit only.
6.5 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be paid. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs. Minimum and maximum leg counts for mix parlay bets are specified within the sportsbook interface.
6.6 Voor Bola. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets apply a goal advantage or deficit to one team before the match commences. Detailed Asian handicap rules — including half-ball, quarter-ball, and split-handicap treatments — are available in the sportsbook help section.
6.7 Togel Draws. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are sourced from certified third-party draw providers. sawer4 accepts no liability for disruptions to draw schedules caused by the draw provider. Results are final and non-disputable once published on the platform.
6.8 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with sawer4 support within 72 hours of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not be reviewed. sawer4's decision on all betting disputes is final.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sawer4 platform solely for their own personal recreational betting purposes. This licence does not extend to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sawer4 excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for the following:

sawer4 makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an online betting platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
sawer4 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the sawer4 Privacy Policy.
In summary, sawer4 collects personal data solely for the purposes of: operating your account; processing transactions; fulfilling KYC and AML compliance obligations; delivering customer support; and improving platform services. sawer4 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
All data transmissions between your device and sawer4 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment data is processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and is not stored on sawer4's servers.
11.1 Termination by the Member. Members may request closure of their sawer4 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining eligible balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's designated bank account or e-wallet.
11.2 Termination by sawer4. sawer4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
11.3 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by sawer4 due to fraud or material breach, sawer4 reserves the right to forfeit the full wallet balance. Where closure is due to eligibility or KYC failure without fraud, sawer4 will use reasonable endeavours to return deposited funds (excluding bonus funds) minus any administrative costs incurred in the verification process.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sawer4's operating entity is internationally registered. sawer4 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent that its services are available or lawful in every jurisdiction.
Members are solely responsible for determining whether their use of sawer4 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. sawer4 makes no representation that the services described on this platform are appropriate, available, or legal in all locations.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through sawer4's internal dispute resolution process (outlined in Clause 6.8) shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
sawer4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sawer4 will notify active Members via a platform notification or email to the registered address on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the sawer4 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
The current version number and last-updated date are displayed at the top of this page and in the sawer4 footer. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates.
